[Emm... never mind.]

Bonus random 11th:

  • MC 900 Ft. Jesus -- 'Hearing Voices in One's Head'

What Xaverl spits out as a party shuffle is not, of course, necessarily what I am listening to. At the moment, as at so many moments these days, that would be Stereolab. ('Les Yper-Sound' at this precise moment, in fact.) Last night I had a bizarre insomnia attack, waking abruptly at 3.00 a.m. and unable to nod off again till 6.00, and am correspondingly haggard and frazzled. The 'lab, I find, is very nearly as good as the Goldberg Variations at soothing the sleep-deprived beast. (Note: Xaverl has now seguéd into 'Captain Easychord'.) Must be that hypnotic motorik beat.

I got some songs for your homo top 40 music list:

1. Face Down, Ass Up - 2Live Crew, shows how a playa how to romance a bitch

2 Crazy - Patsy Cline. No juke box is complete without it, pillow biter.

3. Ice, Ice Baby - V. Ice'. (pronounced V. Eechee) Not a great composition, but terrific cheekbones on the artist.

4. Theme to Brokeback Mountain. (The one where he gets buggered for the first time and it really hurts.)

5. Take This Job And Shove It - Johnny Paycheck. Great f#@king song.

6. The WHOLE Kevin Federline album. When that shit drops, forget about it. Crazy large.

7. 41 Shots - Bruce Springsteen......the new verison is going to be titled in French "Put Your Hands On Your Head, Senagalese Fake Rolex Peddler." Or just, "When in America, speak the language, motherf---er!"

8. Theme to Brokeback Mountain (the second time he gets buggered..when it didn't hurt as much as the first time).

9. Hail To The Chief - version played for our fearless leader GWBush!

10. Theme to Brokeback Mountain, (when he gets the whole fist dropped in there and it's like a Vienna sausage being tossed down an empty hallway). This was toward the end of the movie.

I wish I could quit this.

But of course you can quit this, Leo. After all, you died yesterday.

BTW, I suspect that 'Leo' is my dear friend Joe McManus, inhibitions all undone by the pint and a half of Midleton he's sucked down to mourn Al Lewis.
