Urgent request
Perhaps one of the thousands of auditors who read T6I daily can help me here. Can you recommend a decent basic text on accounting? Ideally, this would be something that
- is available from Amazon,
- is written in English (and since we're talking accounting here, I mean not just in English but in English), and
- adequately covers both IFRS and US GAAP.
The winning tip will be rewarded by one (minor, non-material) concession in comfort letter negotiations. (And no, inclusion of a jurisdiction clause is not minor.)
